Buenos días mundo ,
Y esta semana se culmina el «Gran Libro de la Naturaleza» con el 4º elemento llamado AIRE para agudizarnos las ideas si trabajamos en él .
CREATIVIDAD – PALABRA – INSPIRACIÓN
El aire es nuestra energía, un elemento voluble que puede llegar como un vendabal o estar en una calma absoluta.
Invisible pero se siente como una suave o fuerte caricia.
El aire nos renueva la energía, salgamos a pasear, correr para encontrar la inspiración para crear .
Su símbolo : un triangulo mirando hacía arriba biseccionado por una línea horizontal .
El aire en la empresa , el entorno empresarial :
Debemos estar atentos, vigilando y con expectación para aprovecharlo, saber adaptarnos a los cambios en una palabra.
Os vamos a hacer una pregunta :
¿ Analizamos el aire de los mercados, contextos de los clientes? ¿Somos capaces de posicionar nuestra empresa para aprovechar las corrientes?
Personalidad aire en el trabajo
Ellos nos brindan las ideas más innovadoras para la empresa porque tienen el viento a su favor .
Mentes soñadoras, mentes creativas con 1001 ideas para construir un mundo ideal pero si no tienen una personalidad de fuego o tierra a su lado que les arme un plan de acción les cuesta mucho más seguir adelante (eso no es nada malo porque sin un apoyo nos cuesta mucho más) ; conclusión : siempre necesitamos un apoyo para seguir, construyendo un equipo .
SALGAMOS A TOMAR EL AIRE para recargarnos .
SUEÑA, INSPIRATE pero a la hora de construir CONSTRUYE en tierra firme .
El fenomeno de la naturaleza – EL ARCOIRIS –
La luz solar se descompone en el espectro visible … produciéndose por refracción cuando los rayos del sol atraviesan esas pequeñas gotas.

And this week, we conclude with «The big book of nature» with the fourth element … called AIR to intensify the ideas if we work in it .

AIR is our energy, an unpredictable element which can arrive like a gale or being into an absolute calm.
Invisible but it feels like a mild or strong caress . AIR renews us the energy, let s go for a walk, run to find the inspiration to create.
Its symbol : a triangle looking up bisected by a horizontal line.
Air in the company, the entrepreunerial environment:
We must be mindful, monitoring with expectation to take advantage of it . We have to adapt to the changes .
We are going to make a question :
Do we analyze the air of the markets? Do we analyze the customer context? Are we be able of positioning our company to take advantage of the movements?
Personality AIR in the job
They provide us the most innovative ideas to the company because they have the wind behind them.
Dreamer minds, creative minds with 1001 ideas to build a better world but if they don t have a personality of fire or earth near them, it s much more difficult to go ahead and finish the project.
They need a fire or earth personality to get a plan of action .
WE ALWAYS NEED A SUPPORT TO GO AHEAD, BUILDING A GOOD TEAM.
Let s get a breath of fresh air to recharge us .
Be inspired… Be a dreamer… but when you have to build, BUILD on first land.
The phenomenon of nature – The rainbow –
The sunlight decreases in the visible spectrum … taking place when the rays of sun go through those little water dropslets.
